What's Covered
- The Shingle Guard treatment on qualifying asphalt shingles.
- Excessive brittleness or loss of flexibility within the six-year warranty period, subject to the warranty terms.
- If a covered condition is approved, additional Shingle Guard product may be supplied at no cost for retreatment.
- Transferability to a future homeowner when notice and transfer requirements are completed.
Before-and-after photos and the original invoice are required for warranty documentation.

What's Not Covered
- Roof leaks or water entry caused by defects unrelated to the Shingle Guard treatment.
- Storm, hail, wind, blow-off, or other severe-weather damage.
- Structural, decking, flashing, or ventilation defects.
- Severe pre-existing deterioration or unsuitable roof conditions.
- Damage caused by foot traffic, pressure washing, later modifications, or third-party work.
- Moisture problems caused by improper ventilation or building conditions.

How Many More Years Can Restoration Add?
Depending on the age and condition of the roof, professional shingle restoration may help extend the usable service life of qualifying asphalt shingles by up to 10–15 years in some cases.
Results vary from roof to roof. Shingle age, existing condition, climate, ventilation, maintenance, and exposure all affect remaining service life.
